Welcome to Madi Safari Excursions East Africa Limited. By making a booking with us or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

A safari, excursion, accommodation arrangement, transport service or other travel service becomes confirmed once the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided. A 50% deposit is required unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 1 day before the safari or service begins. Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Methods

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and other payment methods made available by Madi Safari Excursions East Africa Limited. We do not charge the client an additional payment-processing fee for our standard payment methods.

3. Safari Itineraries

Itineraries are planned according to the agreed booking. Wildlife sightings, travel times, weather conditions, road conditions and other circumstances in nature cannot always be guaranteed. We may reasonably adjust an itinerary when necessary for safety, operational, environmental, governmental or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Accommodation and Suppliers

Accommodation, transportation, activities and other services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Where necessary, we may substitute a supplier or accommodation with another of a comparable standard, subject to availability.

5. Wildlife

Wildlife is free-ranging and unpredictable. We cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, valid travel documents, required visas and permits, appropriate travel insurance, and following applicable park, accommodation and safety rules.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may cover medical emergencies, trip interruption, cancellation, baggage loss and travel delays.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, changes in park regulations, flight disruptions or other exceptional circumstances.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Prices, availability, itineraries and other information may change without notice.
