Payment Policy

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari or excursion booking.

Final Balance

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 1 day before the safari or service begins.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and other payment methods made available by Madi Safari Excursions East Africa Limited.

Currency

Our safari prices are quoted in EUR (€). Where your bank or payment provider processes a transaction in another currency, its exchange rate may differ from the displayed EUR amount.

Payment Processing Fees

Madi Safari Excursions East Africa Limited does not charge clients an additional payment-processing fee for the standard payment methods we provide. Your bank or payment provider may independently apply currency-conversion or other charges.

Failed Payments

A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received. If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or not received, we may require payment to be completed before confirming or continuing the booking.
