Standard Cancellation Refund

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund under our Cancellation Policy, the client will receive 50% of the amount paid.

Non-Refundable Costs

Some third-party services may involve commitments or charges that cannot be recovered. Where applicable, such costs may affect the final amount refundable.

Refund Method

Where reasonably possible, refunds will be returned through the original payment method. The time required may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Currency

Bookings are priced in EUR. If a refund is processed in another currency, the final amount received may vary because of exchange-rate fluctuations or financial-institution charges.

Payment Provider Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment processors or other financial institutions after a refund has been initiated.
